Calling all Singers ages 9 to 16! Now is the time to audition to join our Treble Choir. It doesn’t matter what kind of songs you like to sing, because our music this season will include everything from Broadway to pop to classical. So, if you sing in the shower, sing in the car, sing around your house, why not come sing with us? Kids often get a little tense about the audition itself. They love to sing, but the idea of an audition can feel like a test. Our Artistic Director, Steve Weston, urges singers not to worry. “It’s all very low-key and relaxed,” he says. “They will sing a bit with other singers, and a bit on their own. When they’re done, kids often say, ‘That’s it? That was easy.’ Really, it’s painless.” Location |
